v Unit Two – 2,400 min 1 story / 2,800 min 2 story
v No mobile homes allowed
v Exterior – 85% masonry; brick as accents only
v Roof – tile, slate, stone, metal or high-quality composite
v Garage – 2 car minimum, side or rear entry only; no carports
v Construction Period – No time limit on start, 9 months for exterior completion after start
v No temporary dwellings; i.e. motor homes & trailers
v Trailers, boats & RV’s must be kept in enclosed structures
v Driveways – concrete, concrete pavers, asphalt or chip seal; exception made in 100 yr flood plain
v Fences – 6 ft. height restriction; metal, wrought iron, steel, masonry, masonry veneer or any combination thereof; all metal, wrought iron and steel to be painted black; pipe fencing allowed; no barbed wire or chain link
v Detached guest homes allowed on lots of at least 3 acres in size
v One detached garage or outbuilding prior to main dwelling construction on any lot 5 acres or larger
v All underground utilities; propane tanks must be buried
