Effective Jan 1, 2024 Cordova Bend Property Owners Association will be professionally managed by Alamo Management Group in San Antonio, TX.
The role of the management company is to assist our community's board of directors with abiding by state law, our community's Bylaws and DCCRs. The management company routinely inspects our community to help ensure the community rules are enforced.
The management company can also assist homeowners with important routine items, including ACC submissions, gate access, assisting with annual assessment payments and general questions or requests for information.
It is your board's first and foremost goal to ensure the best possible community-wide experience. Selecting a management company is one of the board's most important decisions and AMG is tasked with this important responsibly. Cordova Bend Community Manager
I was born in San Antonio and proudly embrace the role of a single mother to two beautiful daughters, recently bestowed with the title of a grandma for the first time. My father, a retired military veteran, instilled in me values that resonate in my life. Additionally, my eldest daughter served in the Army, adding a layer of honor to our family history.
One of the most cherished chapters of my life involves traversing the globe with my family, immersing ourselves in diverse cultures and creating lasting memories. Beyond my familial responsibilities, I find joy in culinary pursuits, the rhythm of dance, and the precious moments spent with my beloved daughters.
Experience
With 22 years in multifamily property management, I ascended from leasing agent to community manager. My expertise includes vendor bid management, weekly reports, budget oversight, resident contracts, and community event coordination. I bring 22 years of customer service experience and spent five years in accounting and the legal office at Lockland Air Force Bose. My passion lies in ensuring the satisfaction of others with outstanding results.
