About

Cordova Bend Property Association

Named after a bend in the majestic Guadalupe River just before entering Canyon Lake, Cordova Bend on Canyon Lake is seated deep in the heart of the Texas Hill Country.

Established in 2006, the Cordova Bend Property Owners Association was created for the benefit of our property owners. The Association's mission is to maintain a welcoming, peaceful, and family friendly community for all owners.

The Association is a Texas Non-For-Profit Corporation and is regulated under the Texas Property Code, Chapter 209. The Association is professionally managed by Alamo Management Group (AMG).

The Association's Board of Directors is comprised of three members (per the Association's Bylaws) elected by the ownership, each serving a staggered three-year term. Current Board Members are listed below:

Travis White, President

My wife, Amy, and I purchased our lot in Cordova Bend in 2014. We are proud to raise our three boys in the community and we love the Canyon Lake area! It is an honor to serve the Cordova Bend community; my outlook for the Association is to treat owners with the respect & care that they deserve.  Responsiveness, transparency and a genuine willingness to make the community better are goals I have for our Association.

Dan Williams

Dan Williams, Vice President

Dan and his wife Kris moved to Cordova in December 2021 from The Woodlands, TX.  They have four children and are members of Riverside Community Church.  Dan enjoys college sports, golf, hunting and water recreation.
